BETH BOUNDS

Beth Johny Dickey Bounds, age 75 of Roland, Arkansas passed away on April 28, 2024. Beth was born on Sept. 10, 1948, to her late parents, John and Irene McAlister Dickey.

Beth was known for her big heart and even bigger smile. No matter how she felt, she always had a smile and made sure to ask how everyone was or if they needed something.

Beth met the love of her life Hugh “Shorty” Bounds in Albany, Texas where they married on Dec. 26, 1968. Beth gave birth to two beautiful children John and Renee. She opened her heart and home to several of John and Renee’s friends and treated them all as her own children.

Beth is survived by her husband, Shorty Bounds; son John Bounds (Angela); daughter Renee Junkin (Jeff); grandchildren, Johnathon Bounds (Taylor), Stephen Bounds (Samantha), Sierra Bounds (Brandon), and Jackson Junkin. Private services will be held at a later date.
