LISA WARNE GLASMANN

Lisa Nicole Warne Glasmann, 39, of Prospect, Kentucky, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Aug. 31, 2022.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sept. 17 at St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church located at 6710 Wolf Pen Branch Road, Harrods Creek, KY 40027. The Rev. Clint Wilson will be officiating. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sept. 17 at St. Francis in the Fields. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery in Manchester, Iowa at 10:00 a.m. on Sept. 19. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Pearson Funeral Home.

JAMES RUFF

James Ruff, age 97 of Breckenridge, passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022. Graveside funeral service with military honors were held Monday, Aug. 15 in the Albany Cemetery. Interment followed under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.

James Allen Ruff was born April 18, 1925 in Albany, Texas to parents, James Houston Ruff and Eddith Dillingham Ruff. In 1943, James joined the United States Navy and served in World War II before his honorable discharge in 1946.

ALLAN DAVIS

Allan Davis, age 73 of Albany, passed away Saturday, Aug. 13, 2022. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 20 in the Throckmorton Cemetery. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.

Allan Douglas Davis was born January 5, 1949 in Haskell, Texas to Kenneth Davis and Oma Dorris Everett Davis. In his younger years, he worked in the oilfield, working on drilling rigs. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Dorris Davis; one sister, Barbara Egeland.

GEORGIE VANDIVERE

Georgie Elizabeth Vandivere, 92, of Albany passed away peacefully on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2022. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being made by Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.

NANCY WEST

Nancy Moore West, 94, of Stamford passed away Monday Aug. 15, 2022 in Abilene. The family will welcome guests at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 18 at Kinney-Underwood Funeral Home in Stamford.

A private family burial will be held in Spring Creek Cemetery. A memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, in St. John’s United Methodist Church with Pastors Steve Patterson and Paul Wright officiating.

JACK CLACK

The Reverend Dr. Jack L. Clack (July 8, 1934 - Aug. 3, 2022), a boy who was nurtured in the households of various relatives while growing up in Eastland and Comanche Texas counties, graduated from Carbon High School at the age of 16, married Vera Morris of Moran when they were 18, and graduated from Howard Payne College at age 20.

GEORGE HAYS

George Hays, age 76 of Albany, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2022. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, Aug. 12th at the Albany Cemetery pavilion. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.

George Wesley Hays was born May 24, 1946 in Graham, Texas to Dr. John C. Hays and Ruth Agnes Harrell Hays.

He graduated from Graham High School and furthered his education at Midwestern State University. He went on to marry Marsha Faye Lewis on Aug. 31, 1968 in Archer City.

TOM BELCHER

Thomas Matthew Belcher, 53, was born to Stiles Dwaine Belcher and Gladys (Sue) Diller Belcher in Albany, Texas, on March 21, 1969, the youngest of three children. He died at home on Diller Flat on July 24, 2022, after a long battle with what started as throat cancer.

Jerome McNair (Jerry)Fullinwider, loving husband, father, grandfather, passionate entrepreneur, musician, and man of faith passed away peacefully on July 21, 2022, at the age of 93. He is now with his Lord in Heaven, and his family is abundantly grateful for his long life, which truly was a life well-lived.

Charlie Lawrence has been called home to his heavenly father. He was beloved by Julie, his wife, and children.

Born in Breckenridge, Texas on May 19, 1941, he was the youngest of nine children. He grew up on a ranch, riding horses, herding cattle, roping calves, cheekily driving at age six to get this and that, a childhood remembered equally for its hard work and responsibilities, as well as its unparalleled freedom.
